2007 Tiara Yachts 3900 Convertible

current owner has had for appx 4 yrs. he purchased this boat from and insurance company. the boat did take on water(appx 6-8 years ago), but not totally submerged at all. boat is in the water and has been used for the past 3 seasons and used regularly by her owner. engines are rebuilt and transmissions are  new. there was appx 1500 hours on boat before. owner has receipts for everything. boat needs enclosure, complete detailing, flybridge air conditioning repair, electronics work fine, bow thruster works fine, current owner fishes her offshore about once a month. generator works fine as well.
