1987 Pearson 31

here we have a well cared for pearson 31-2 sloop rig sailboat. this is thw winged keel shoal draft model...3ft 9inch draft. this boat has been owned by this owner since 1989. it is in nice overall condition. owner has made constant upgrades and maintenance on her as needed. new strong track and new mack pack. new raymarine electronics and transducers and nav pod, panasonic cd player, horizon vhf radio, enclosed head and shower, water heater, dodger, new spinnaker halyard, new standing rigging with turnbuckles, all new wiring in the mast.  she shows well!! look at at all the pictures as that will tell this yachts story. her genoa is a year old and has only been unfurled a couple of times, and her main sail is 5 years old and in good shape as well. there is asymmetric spinnaker included...not used much at all but unsure of age.
